Microsoft 365 Throttling Probleme seit 10.April 2023 mit Öffentlichen Ordnern

Diese Meldungen finden sich im Log oder werden bei der Ordnerauswahl seit dem 10/11.April gezeigt. (Nicht bei allen, ich selbst habe das Problem z.B. nicht.)
