FYI The OL Icon in the taskbar shows "OlMixedFolders: Start" with the arrows and a clock face on the icon when the folders are not selected to sync after rebooting the system.

It looks like your settings in the registry will remain, but now you say that the settings in Outlook are gone?

The 1st reg file was when it was working and check box was checked. The second is after restarting the PC and it is not working and the check box to sync the folder was unchecked. Somehow during a Windows 10 restart it resets the registry it seems. This is the same issue I had with the previous install on a different Windows 10 system. That is why I set up a new pc to see/assume it would fix the issue.

I checked your registry settings again. Now I see that the folder "Marc" will remain, but the folder "Clients" will go during the reboot.

I don't know. Can it be that you have a registry cleantool which is removing the entry?

I do run ccleaner, but it is not set to delete any program, office, entries.

Hmmm. Ok does it happen if you Close and start Outlook or only if you reboot?

I just tested it and even if I close Outlook and reopen it and do not reboot the boxes get unchecked.
