2nd User accessing same Public Folder

I have looked through other post and I'm still having an issue.

Purchase product for user 1 several months ago and it works fine. User 2 purchased iPhone and needs to sync the same public folder contacts as user 1. No tabs for OLMixedFolder comes up under properties on any folder. I have tried re-installing using the repair mode and also uninstalling and re-installing without any success.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Please check if user 2 has a deactivated OLMixedFolders in "Deactivated Elements". Or tell me the Outlook version of user 2, so i can say where to look.

Hello,

Please click on Outlook menu ?=>Info=>Deactivated Elements. Here you should find OLMixedFolders, if it is deactivated. So if, you can activate it.

The extended Settings show up and I'm able to get and select all the options. Sys tray is selected but not showing up in the system tray.

Under System Information
Office 2003 Applications
Microsoft Office Outlook 2003
COM Add-Ins (I only find iTunes Outlook Addin)( Nothing shows up here about OLMixedFolders)

Found it on the button under help marked " Deleted Items ". It was disabled and now I set it to enable and seems to be working now.
