We had a working installation, but recently we have been getting an error when accessing mailboxes through a service user.


20240906 10:27:42 SRVC ERROR 5 EWSConnection:TestingImpersonation: (SmtpAddress)............... The account does not have permission to impersonate the requested user.

Hi Ilse, I had the same problem and it's because Microsoft is slowly turning the ApplicationImpersonation feature off.
