BUGFIX: When closing the Configurator, the service was not started again when selected from the dialog.

- The parameter UID can now also be used with EWS. (InternetMessageId)
- When using PowerShell, EEAttachments now stops further processing (marking or deleting) of the mail as soon as an error occurs in the PowerShell script. (If this is not desired, the PowerShellScript can be wrapped in a try catch block.)
