i will try the public folders options
i had previously been using the 30day trial version and it was going well (until this issue)
is there any chance you could extend my trail so i can test this fix further?
we have 6 users and so my boss is reluctant to spend $130USD x6 on a program we haven't been able to fully test
(we have purchased other programs to solve this problem and they have failed)

Yes this is no problem. You can send me your hardware-id vie eMail, you can find it in EWS => license -> enterprise license.

i understand this issue is todo with public folders only?
so if it change my sync setup to not use public folders i should be able to work around this issue for the moment?
i should be able to give everyone access to a shared mailbox and store the calendar and contacts folder in there correct?
