v1.32.60 Names don't sync.

So we want to synchronize our GAL to contacts so that we can distribute them to our phones.

The contacts generate fine, but the Full Name field in the Contacts do not get filled in. For Outlook this is fine due to the DisplayName, but when they're sent to the phone they need the First and Last name filled in and such.

Version 1.30.31.0 works fine, names sync and everything.

BUG: It was so that it works only in update.

I have changed it now (1.32.62) Should work now with this: http://www.somebytes.net/downloads/ExMixedFolders.zip

For the time being, since v1.30.31.0 works, we'll continue to use that unless we run into problems.
