Hi.
I am using Outlook 2016 through Office 365, using Windows 10.
I use iCloud to synchronize with my iPhone/iPad.
All works well - except when I want to create a new Contact.
Of course I can select iCloud contact folder and manually create a contact there. But if I click on an incoming mail and select add to contacts, the contact is added to the Outlook default folder.
So I understand I cannot get iCloud/Outlook to change this behaviour. So I think to use OLMixedFolders to synchronize the Outlook default contacts folder with the iCloud contacts folder on my PC.
So is this a correct use for OLMixedFolders?
I am VERY worried that using any program with Outlook/iCloud may create problems with my data. I can't risk damaging or losing data, and don't have time to trouble shoot any problems with installing your software.
Is this safe and really simple to install and use? Are there very clear instructions?
Thanks!
Outlook default contact folder/iCloud folder
Re: Outlook default contact folder/iCloud folder
Hi,
Why don't you use Office365 mailbox directly in your iPhone? ( You don't need the iCloud in that case )

Re: Outlook default contact folder/iCloud folder
Hi Sven
Thanks for response.
I think the mailbox facility is only for the business version/exchange.
In any case, I have solved the issue for me by using CodeTwo Sync.
Cheers.
Noel.
