The best way is, to deinstall old version. 1.29 and install 1.30. It can be that there was a running outlook.exe in the background on your last installation.

Leider weiß ich nicht genau wo der fehler liegt. Nicht vergessen kann nicht mit Outlook per sog. COM-Automatisierung kommunizieren. Das könnte bei Vista daran liegen, das Nicht vergessen unter einem anderen Benutzerkonto läuft als Outlook.

Stornieren ist immer richtig, wenn man nicht die versprochene Leistung für sein Geld bekommt.
Ich werde aber unabhängig davon versuchen den Beitrag zu beantworten.

Als Tipp sei noch gesagt, das die Idee von Shareware "Testen vor Kaufen" ist.

Hy, no there is no such mode implemented. It coul'd be that the pc has onother AddIn which is modifying the items. I havent had this befor but i can try it in the next days with some different scenarios. By the way, have you seen that thare is Version 1.30 since yesterday availible ?

Der Ordner wird lokal unter Eigene Dateien\OLOnline\Outlook erstellt. hier kann man die Größe des Ordners ersehen. Ich denke das evtl. noch die Elemente für /items/ so lange übertragen werden. Das bedeutet, das pro Eintrag der Inhalt der nachricht als weiteres HTML Dokument + vcs-Dokument übertragen...
