Can't sync GAL: Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.ServerBusyException

Hallo,
leider steht unsere Synchronisation seit einigen Tagen komplett still.
Wenn man der "Ordnerübersicht" trauen kann, werden immer weniger Mitarbeiter versucht, in der Logdatei häuft sich der Fehler "Can't sync GAL: Microsoft.Exchange.WebServices.Data.ServerBusyException".
Zum Teil kommt diese Meldung 5-10 mal pro Sekunde, wird hier im Fehlerfall zu viel versucht?
